We have a 30-Night pillow trial policy on all our HipPillowPlus, which means you have 30 days from time of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible, your returned HipPillowPlus must include all components as you received them in its original packaging. Pillow-covers should be in the original condition. If the covers are dirty or stained, it won't be approved for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive full instructions (PLEASE read them carefully) on how and where to send your package.
You are responsible for shipping costs back to us. Pillows sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
If at time of purchase, you find any of our products are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Discounted/sale items and gift cards are non refundable. Only items paid in full are refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pillow, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
