Hippilow, included with a carrier is great for travel. Pillows in vacation rentals are generally bad, so it is nice to travel with your bed accessories for a good sleep.

I used the hippillow plus for the end of my pregnancy in the third trimester. Not only did it give me fantastic support for my shoulders and back but supported my belly as well. It also allowed me to move side to side easily in the middle of the night. Before using the hip pillow plus system I was using a breastfeeding L shaped pillow which didn't give much support and absolutely no back support. After giving birth I was able to use it to help with side lying feeding during the day by taking out one side pillow. It provided back support, a comfortable leg position for healing and allowed me to get into position with my newborn to breastfeed her. I am looking forward to using hippillow plus again to help with shoulder pain from breastfeeding once my baby is sleeping in their own room.
The pillow that goes between your knees is the perfect thickness. It is thick enough to keep your hips in alignment, but thin enough to not overcompensate.
HPP helped me by supporting my body in places where I needed support in order to ease pressure, while keeping me in good alignment. It's incredibly supportive and comforting. I will suggest using it to help with overall alignment at night, which will set you up for more success during the day.
This silk mask was on sale. I saved $30 and I love it. I like sleeping in dark. It helps me sleep so much better.

I have often
