Care for your HipPillowPlus pillow to make sure it lasts for many years!

  • Do NOT wash the foam material.
  • Do NOT grab the foam by pinching it as this may cause tearing.
  • Avoid going to bed with wet hair as this will degrade the product.
  • Do NOT fold the HipPillowPlus pillow as the foam will split.
  • Using the pillow without its custom-fitted pillowcase and liner will expose the foam to increase wear and tear. Avoid removing the liner.
  • DO NOT use the HipPillowPlus Pillow as your weapon of choice during pillow fights.

* All above will nullify the warranty

 

How long do the HipPillowPlus Pillowcases last?

 

Our Bamboo pillowcases will last about one year with normal wear and tear.  The Bamboo pillowcases do require the same tender loving care for longevity! Follow the instructions on the label. Wash in cold water and hang dry. We warranty our pillowcases at the time of purchase only to be free of manufacturer’s defects.

It is normal to see fading and colour changes with exposure to light and your body.

You must obtain a return authorization form (RMA) from us which we will send by email with complete instructions. We reserve the right to request the foam product to be sent to our HipPillowPlus Pillow foam manufacturer for examination at the customer’s expense.

What HipPillowPlus pillow will do:

If the product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship covered by our Warranty we will supply a one-time replacement of the foam component and liner of the product including the shipping free of charge. No new warranty will be provided for the replacement pillow.

 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.



Refunds

Refund policy

We have a 90-Night pillow trial policy on all our HipPillowPlus, which means you have 90 days from time of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible, your returned HipPillowPlus must include all components as you received them in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return please email us at questions@hippillowplus.com if you have any return questions.

If your return is accepted, you will receive full instructions (PLEASE read them carefully) on how and where to send your package.

 

Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us. Pillows sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If at time of purchase, you find any of our products are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Discounted/sale items and gift cards are non refundable. Only items paid in full are refundable.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pillow, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
